Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team in New York. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate projects across our design-venture studio, working closely with our creative and strategic teams to ensure the successful execution of innovative projects in the food and technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
Identify and mitigate project risks
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in design, technology, venture capital, or related industries
PMP or similar certification is a plus

Senior Graphic Designer
We’re looking to onboard a project-based senior graphic designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building brand identity in both print and pixels. You are a visual storyteller, an expert in contemporary art and culture, and have a stellar portfolio to match. You are comfortable managing projects from ideation to execution and are confident in leading a small team to achieve the same vision. Experience in motion graphics, interactive design, and AR/VR is strongly preferred.
This is a remote position that comes with flexible work schedules and WeWork global access.

Interior Designer
We are looking for an experienced interior designer to join our New York studio. The ideal candidate is capable of carrying out a project from concept to construction. FF&E knowledge in retail, hospitality, and or high-end residential sectors are required. We are a Rhino and Revit studio, but there is no limitation to which software you prefer. This is a hybrid, project-based position with full-time potential. All of our interior projects are local to New York.

Fall Interns
We’re excited to announce two fall semester internship positions from September to December 2024. Join our New York studio and gain hands-on experience with some of the most exciting startups in the food and technology sectors. Successful applicants are eligible for school credits, a monthly stipend, a WeWork pass, a 4-day workweek, and flexible remote and in-person assignments. Rising seniors, current graduate students, or recent graduates in interior design, communication design, illustration/animation, UI/UX design, business design, or graphic design are encouraged to apply.
